How It Works
Four simple steps
1. Book your session
Reach out with your document and preferred time. We'll confirm within a few hours.
2. Upload your document
Send us the document to be notarized through our secure platform ahead of the session.
3. Verify your identity
Present a valid government-issued photo ID on camera. Our platform performs identity verification and knowledge-based authentication.
4. Sign on live video
Meet with us over secure video, sign electronically, and receive your notarized document with a tamper-evident seal.
Is a Nevada RON valid in my state?
In most cases, yes. Nevada Remote Online Notarizations are performed under NRS 240 and use tamper-evident technology recognized under the federal E-SIGN Act and most states' recognition laws. Receiving parties (banks, title companies, courts) in nearly every U.S. state accept properly executed RONs. If you're unsure whether your recipient will accept a RON, we recommend confirming with them first — we're happy to help you ask.
What you'll need
- A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID (driver's license, passport, state ID)
- A device with a working camera and microphone (computer, tablet, or smartphone)
- A stable internet connection
- The document(s) to be notarized in digital form (PDF preferred)
- About 15–30 minutes for the session
Pricing
The Nevada Secretary of State authorizes RON providers to charge up to $25 per notarial act. That's the same act-fee whether you're across town or across the ocean — no travel fees ever apply to remote sessions. Multi-signature or complex packages are quoted before we begin so there are no surprises.
Common questions
Can you notarize for me if I live in California / Texas / Florida?
Yes. As long as you can present a valid ID and connect via video, we can notarize documents for signers in any U.S. state.
I'm an expat living in Europe — can you help?
Yes. Many U.S. embassies have long waits for notary services. A Nevada RON is often faster, cheaper, and just as valid for most U.S. purposes.
Do you notarize apostille documents remotely?
We can notarize the document remotely; the apostille itself must then be processed through the Nevada Secretary of State. We're happy to guide you through that step.
Is the session recorded?
Yes. Nevada law requires the audio-video session to be securely recorded and retained. This protects you and creates a strong evidentiary record.
